The controls range from standard machine controls to the highly advanced units used in the more demanding welding applications.

The range includes timers for conventional AC welding, DC welding and for the more modern MFDC applications.

The MedWeld 2200 is an AC timer with the following features:

  • In built display.

  • Current monitoring.

  • C factor monitoring.

  • AVC or current compensation.

  • Multiple weld schedules (up to 63).

  • External I/O or bus system.

  • Networking capability.

  • Heat Steppers.

  • Up slope and down slope.

The MedWeld 5000 is a series of AC and MFDC controls that is the next stage up from the MedWeld 2200.

This control is free formatting with 256 programmes allowing you to develop your own weld schedules In addition it has the ability to drive a servomotors.

This means that not only can the weld time and current be controlled but also the weld force.

 

The MedWeld 6000 is a MFDC control designed for robot integration.

The minipark version is provided in a slim line cabinet for ease of integration into automatic systems.
